Unit Access Codes

Please contact your Rental Agent if you did not receive a door code with your booking confirmation email or notice. The management company or agent is the only one that can provide you with a door code for access to your unit.

Registration

Please use the QR Code located at several places in the lobby – outside the office, by the elevator, on the information pegboard, or outside in the breezeway between the buildings – to access and complete the online registration form. There is internet/Wi-Fi access inside the lobby if needed.

Parking Permit

One parking space is provided per unit and there is no visitor parking. Please park only in your designated space; parking in a non-designated space risks being towed at the owners expense.

Rentals

The AOAO Office does not book rentals. Rental arrangements must be made through unit owners or agents.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you book vacation Rentals?

Maui Parkshore AOAO does not rent vacation units nor do we endorse any particular rental agency. Please contact an authorized rental agent to arrange a vacation rental. A quick Google search of Maui Parkshore Condominiums will return results of a variety of rental agents that manage units in our complex.

Where can guests park on site?

There is one parking stall assigned to each unit. Please be sure to park in your assigned stall. Please see this map for the correct stall number. There is no additional guest or visitor parking. Please do not block driveways or park in the loading zone. Cars left unattended in driveways, blocking parked cars, or parked in the another guests assigned stall may be towed at the owners expense.

What Ammenities are availabe at Maui Parkshore?

Maui Parkshore has several ammenties for your comfort. We have a Swimming Pool, 4 Gas BBQ grills, Coin Operated Washer/Dryer, foot showers for sand removal, and  shuffleboard.

We are staying in a friends unit, do we need to register when we arrive?

All guests are required to register electronically using the QR code located in the lobby – Wi-Fi is also available in the lobby.

What beaches are nearby?

A mecca for worldwide tourism, Kihei is renowned for white sandy beaches and every ocean activity imaginable. With calm surf and excellent visibility, Kihei is one of the best spots in the entire state of Hawaii for year around snorkeling, diving and fishing. Every morning the water is dotted with kayakers, Stand up Paddleboarders, surfers and ocean enthusiasts of all ages.

Maui Parkshore is located directly across the street from Kamaole III beach park, where there is a lifeguard on duty all day. Kamaole II and Keawaekapu beach are within easy walking distance. Snorkeling trips can be booked to depart from the Kihei Boat Ramp a short distance away.

Does Maui Parkshore permit smoking?

Maui Parkshore is a non-smoking building, including in the condo and on the lanai.  Smoking is prohibited in the common areas, including the walkways, breezeways, lobby, elevators or swimming and BBQ areas.  Usage of cannabis and any other federally prohibited drug in any form is not allowed on the premises.  This includes smoking medical cannabis.
