All cars must park in their assigned stalls. No storage of boogie boards, beach equipment etc.

Maui Parkshore does not have an on-site rental office. All rentals must be arranged beforehand with the owner’s agent.  Copy of house rules can be found in the unit

Trash chutes are located between units ending 10-11 and left of the elevator. Ground floor bins are located outside behind the office, also between units 110 & 111, and behind the pool house. All trash must be securely wrapped in palstic bags.

Only Glass, Aluminum & Plastic with a HI-5 recycle symbol are recycled; Use the three blue bins located in the covered area behind the pool house.

NO items are to be left stacked outside refuse chutes or bins.

All guests and owners must abide by the house rules. Please review the rules here.

The loading zone is for active loading/unloading. Please do not park in the loading zone for longer than 15 minutes and do not leave your car idling while in loading zone. Grocery carts are available through the lobby doors. Please return carts immediatley after use.

There is no designated visitor / temporary parking on site. Please do not park in driveways or in stalls not assigned to the unit. Street parking and beach parking (no overnight) are available options for visitors or temporary needs. 

Please use a hose to remove sand after returning from the beach. Hoses are located at the ends of the buildings, main loading zone entrance, and behind the pool house in the parking lot. Hose locations are marked on the map for your convenience.

Please remove all sand before entering pool or lobby area.

• No glass is allowed by the pool
• No food in the pool area
• No Lifeguard on Duty

 Out-going mail drop box located just outside the office door in the lobby.

If there is not a USPS mailbox key in your unit, do not have mail or mailed packages sent to your unit address. The on-site manager does not have copies of mailbox keys; only the condo owner has the USPS mailbox key, and mail carrier will not deliver standard mail or parcels to the unit.
